So, I'm finally rewatching Season One with the wife. She's never seen it. It's only my second time through. I've re-read a good chunk of this thread and I have to man up -- with specific apologies to Dev, Mecca and Skitch. And, yeah, fine, even to Harry Lime. Though, I still think he's a fucking misogynist.

Nah, I was kinda of being a shit. I had a big chip on my shoulder during that initial conversation and people were making some valid points that I was scoffing at. That's not cool. I owe them an apology.

And.... fuck I really hate saying this... Lime was right. I did miss some shit. Last time I watched it I was doing other things while it was on AND it was hot as balls outside so I had a fan going which made it really difficult to hear some of the dialogue.

Watching it again, it's obvious that I was being kind of a dick earlier in the thread and I want to take some of that back.

Im really exited with the cast. Its very promising..vince vaughn is such a great actor..and colin farrell? One of the.most talented of his generation.

Given how awesome last season was, I don't think there's any way this season can either top or even match it. There may be some disappointed fans.

That's a noble goal to be sure. But it may be hard not to compare them given the expectations going into Season 2 based entirely on Season 1.
