The Lord's Kiss was awesome.

Arya knocked it out of the park last night.
She sure did.

As did Jaime.

These last two episodes back to back have been of the strongest episodes of the series. This season is living up to its promise.
This.
Agreed, and the producers were really excited about this season in particular, so, it's nice to see that they were dead on when promising this season would be great - think that came from an Entertainment Weekly item that I had read.
They've said that in multiple places. And I think any fan of the book series has said the same thing. A Storm of Swords is a phenomenal book. We all knew how special this season could be. Everyone kept saying, "just get to season three." So glad they're really making the most of it.

Way too early to say. It has a chance to be in the conversation. The Sopranos was brilliant for 3 seasons. So was Lost, for that matter. Shit falls apart quickly.

Nicolaj.. whatever, who plays Jaime should be a lock for an Emmy nominee based on that scene alone.

Man, if Lost was shorter by a season or two that could be my No. 1.

As of right now....I gotta go with The Wire. With mad props to Mad Men, Game of Thrones, and Seinfeld.

EDIT: forgot Sopranos, too.

Game of Thrones is probably the second best show on TV right now, behind Mad Men. Having never seen The Wire, I'd say Mad Men is the best show of all time.

We'll have to wait until all is said and done, but as of this minute I'd put LOST ahead of GoT on the all time list, also.

Don't get me wrong, this show is really good, but I want to see the same level of quality for a few more seasons before I can put it up there with the Wire or Mad Men.

Pretty much.

Like I said, it's the second best show on TV right now. But I'm not sure if I'd rank it in the top 5 of all time. Yet.

No kidding. I just can't get into that show, no matter how huge Jon Hamm's package is.

But it's still to early to tell how this will stand up to a viewing ten years from now.
Spoiler: show

slow mover this week. really wish tyrion telling sansa she was going to have to marry him was shown. i wonder if she just didn't have the acting chops to pull it off or if they never tried it.

Thats actually what my wife and I noticed. Standard HBO set up though- one week set up, one week payoff and repeat, so Im not complaining. They didnt even show the most interesting thing to happen this week with Tyrion and Sansa not being shown.
