i feel like this is a good idea in theory, but actually tasting it is like having your soul sucked out by that machine in the dark crystal

celery is merely a means to eat other goodness, like salt, dressing, or peanut butter. it's like a utensil.

i don't mind the taste by itself, but those things clearly enhance it

i like it in various asian dishes as well

But I will need to post in the vegetables thread all this week to keep it near the top. That way, when I do merge, it doesn't look suspicious that the thread just all of the sudden appeared.
