Re: Jurassic World
If I made a dumb blockbuster i'd dispense with story altogether. No love interest, no comic relief, no subtext, none of that shit. It would just be wall to wall dinosaurs eating zombies, plus whatever nudity and cursing I could cram in a PG13 movie. Everything else is not only unnecessary, but actively detracts from the movie's dumbness.

Re: Jurassic World
B movies look like shit and are usually crammed with filler because of budget. If you have 200 million to blow, make an 80 minute special effects extravaganza and stfu about heroes and villains and plot and stupid shit like that.spike wrote:this is known as the B movie genre. you're late to the party.BurtReynolds wrote:If I made a dumb blockbuster i'd dispense with story altogether.
