Does Theon know anything about Skagos?

Probably not, but Sansa probably knows White Harbor would remain loyal to the Starks. They can go there and find out about Skagos, just like Davos did.

Maybe? I think he has some dreams about being a wolf. That's how Bran's whole business started, but I find it hard to believe that Jon would suddenly know how to warg--Bran was only able to do it by force of will after hanging out with the Love Actually kid.

I'm just a really huge fan of the world and histories that Martin built and spent a good amount of time after watching season 2 of reading the books, wikis, novellas, etc.
