Discovered the album Black Umbrella by Thought Industry and I'm loving it pretty hard.

Re: Now Playing
With regard to the above, turns out One Hot Minute is actually very enjoyable. If I just had BSSM and OHM, I think that's virtually all I need for the Chili Peppers. Something about the records once Frusciante returned don't really grab me.
I've recently been picking up things second-hand that I might've overlooked previously, have misplaced or unwisely sold over the years or have only had downloads of before. OHM was one of those and I'm now onto to Adore by Smashing Pumpkins. Kind of a slow starter, I don't enjoy either To Sheila or Ava Adore (I think my dislike of the latter turned me away from the album until now) at all, but it's been OK since then. Certainly deserving of a few more listens.
I've been catching up on the post-90s Cure discography too, beginning with 2004's self-titled The Cure a few weeks ago which was surprisingly enjoyable. 2008's 4:13 Dream however is awful, surely the band's worst by some margin. I haven't found Bloodflowers at the right price yet but that'll be coming sooner or later, I don't remember it fondly but I'll give it a reluctant spin.

LOVE this song. Not a huge RHCP fan (they are ok at times) but I adore this song.Birds in Hell wrote:I am instantly a teenager.
Agreed really like One Hot Minute. I find myself listening to that more than any other RHCP albums. My Friends is awesome.
