Ham & Swiss Sliders
I used mini potato rolls but you could use the mini King's Hawaiian rolls as well
1.5 lbs of black forest ham
1lb swiss cheese
jar of dill hamburger pickles

cut rolls in half and cover the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. place a piece of ham, cheese, and pickle on each and place the top of the roll on.
in a bowl mix 3/4 cup melted butter, an egg white, 2 tbsn worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds. brush over all the rolls. bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

I don't know about tortilla chips, but salsa is pretty great with bacon and cheddar.
