Along with all the cheeses my wife got me, she also gave me an awesome charcuterie plate that is too expensive to eat.

By "delve" do you mean that you are curing these meats or just sampling them around town when the mood strikes?

I must say, a little plate of this and that goes a long way when you're cooking. Scrap here, scrap there...before you know it, your palate is primed.
