The Declaration and British Rights

Post by Let's all laugh at Rangers »

With it being Independence Day, I thought I'd ask.

If memory serves me right, the American Declaration of Independence mentions the rights of American and British men. Have I remembered correctly? Because if so, with the UK being a signatory and the Declaration including the rights of British men, I wouldn't be surprised if the current UK government was in breach of the Declaration (along with the European Declaration of Human Rights, the UN declaration of Human Rights, the ICC, European Law, UK law, The Vow...
So basically, Johnson and May spent Trump's presidency fighting each other over how best to sell the NHS to Trump.

The Declaration has no legal binding, in the US or anywhere else. The Constitution is the bedrock of all American law.
