GODDAMNIT: Han Solo (2018)

Post by epilogue »

A young Han Solo movie will be piloted by The Lego Movie directors

http://www.ew.com/article/2015/07/07/ha ... ede01a34e2

My favorite part is when the call the audience a giant idiot:
but that shifted to Gareth Edwards Death Star-raid saga Rogue One, debuting next December, when the Lucasfilm storytrust worried about confusing the audience, since Harrison Ford would just be reprising his role as Solo in The Force Awakens.

Chris Pratt is going to be very busy between this, Jurassic World II, Guardians of the Galaxy II, and the eventual Indiana Jones reboot.

For the record, I think it would be really cool to see the same actor play both characters again.

I'm on the fence about this idea, and of course I'll have to reserve judgment until the movie is released. But part of me can't help thinking that this is just another prequel and that I really don't care how the characters got to where they are. Give me new characters and new adventures, damnit!

Same.

I'll give a fair chance, but I'm not very excited about this right now.

Kasdan is involved, though. That's a plus.

Why? This is a terrible idea.

Still though, I'm excited for Episode 7.
