At least now, no one on my bus ride to work will think that I'm insane as I silently swear at my phone and occasionally pump my fist.

You'd be disappointed. It wasn't anything crazy. A bunch of us just spent all night at Cocoa Beach till the sun came up. Junk food, guitars, fire spinning, ocean gazing, and (for everyone else) drugs and alcohol.

He led my White Sox team with 9 saves in the Franchise Tournament. But he was also 0-2 with a 7.64 ERA.

It went better than I could have realistically hoped for. When I followed them in 2009, it was probably the best 8 day stretch of my life. I tried to keep my expectations tempered this time because I didn't want to be disappointed when it didn't live up to 2009. It was very different, but in a lot of ways it ended up being even better than 2009 (not counting the fact that I have to be in New York next week for a court date for something that happened while I was there for that show).

It makes me happy inside when people who see it in real life think it lives up to the hype surrounding it.

Good stuff! (The late night park incident? Bummer.)

And did you say "kick off your week of partying"? Where can I sign up for the Matt Lament life?

Yep. The Orlando birthday blowout is tonight (I've got to DJ, so it worked out nicely). Then I fly to NYC tomorrow afternoon. My court date for the park incident is next Tuesday, so I figured I'd just take a week off and hang out up there with my friends and some of the new people I met on the Manics tour.

Alright, I'm off to bed. I should be good to run tomorrow's games either when I get back from the club tonight or in the morning/afternoon before I head to the airport. I will let you guys know if I need any help over the next week or so while I'm away from America's Wang. I'm thinking Saturday-Monday are the days I'm most likely to need someone to step in and run them for me, but I'll let you know for sure when I have a better idea.
