My mom used to have one that she brought with her from California. Your bread looks awesome.

The wife is on one today, which is good for me..

She took the girls on a jog this morning and stopped at a blackberry patch on the way home.with those she made a batch of sourdough blackberry pecan muffins.

For dinner she is making sourdough deep dish pizza in my big cast iron skillet. She made the sauce from tomatoes out of our garden, which has been simmering all morning/afternoon. Pizza will feature a nice sausage, pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, bell pepper and tons of mozzarella. Hellz yeah.

I need to start making bread again. It's so relaxing. And tasty.
