I give Army of Darkness a slight edge, but yeah, those two are the peak of his filmography and likely always will be. But he's already made movies way worse than The Frighteners (though I'm not sure what that has to do with anything).

i love the remake. Its fun, its fuckin gory...and yes, its a different beast.

This series looks really fun, more in touch with the original material. Great.

Yeah, I don't think the remake gets enough credit for how darkly funny it is. The comedy is so vicious and pitch-black that most people don't seem to notice it. Kind of similar to the original ED (only even more subtle).

It is. And its also beautiful in its own way. It looks really nice.

I wasn't hyped for a Peter Pan movie. I was hyped for a Joe Wright movie.
