You can like a song but recognize that the lyrics are a little lame, right? "Love is a tower, and you're the key"??

It sounds more like a slide guitar than strings to me.

To me it sounds like a fiddle and slide guitar playing together. Also, the song title is "Boning So High"

isn't Ed contributing to some upcoming soundtrack or charity album? could be that as well. if it's Ed. Although, I don't know why they would be listening to that. Seems more likely Jeff is playing some new tunes to show his buddies.

well that's also good news.

I liked that 3 second clip and therefore assume I will like the other 44 minutes and 57 seconds of the new album!

I like "I Will Be a Dead Rock Star" better, but it would require some pretty incredible not Pearl Jam music to back it up.
