Alkaline Trio

Post by Redemption »

good guys..Dan Andriano hooked up with Chuck Ragan and the revival tour...one of the few who was pretty much a part of every incarnation of it. super talented.

but this is Skiba. -"I wish you....would take my radio to bathe with you....plugged in and ready to fall...."

I'm generally not a fan on shitting on new threads... but I have to say I really don't like this band. I like a few punk/emo bands, but there's a fine line in the genre between earnest and cheese and these guys are straight cheese... and not particularly talented.

Are they still going to be a band going forward? I know Matt Skiba has said he's like to record with Blink-182.

I like some of their songs but they are so boring live. Amazingly boring.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

I used to be very close to a girl who loved this band. She would sing My Friend Peter to me.

Dan Andriano toured Europe with the revival tour....Usually they play for a few months with certain people, and then change it up.
Dan Andriano and Dave Hause and Chuck Ragan were pretty much the core of it, they always stayed.

Plenty of talent coming from Dan, the bass/guitar/vocal guy from alkaline trio.

Skiba has been producing lately, lyrics and helping other bands....not sure what else he's up too.

I liked Dan Andriano better when he was in Slapstick.
