No you're right. Especially since the argument involves a 50 year old book and 30 year old film franchise. The expectation that the people discussing it would all be older than 21 is SO FUCKING STUPID THAT IT'S MIND BLOWING

Vader's light saber is not going to be relevant to this fight. Smaug is too big, and his carapace is too hard. And if Vader got close Smaug would rip him apart. And Smaug would stay fairly far away and primarily breath fire.

Smaug has a fucking weak spot. And if Luke can use the force to hone in on and perfectly hit the weak spot on the death star, then Vader can do the same with Smaug. All he has to do is avoid the fire breaths as he gets there, which I have complete faith in him being able to do, especially is he's controlling his fucking mind at the same time.

By this logic, he wouldn't even need to get close. Just force-throw his saber into the weak spot.

i made this point along with several others that've been mentioned about three pages ago, and stip just kept changing the parameters of the scenario in response. basically, we're in stip's matrix and he keeps changing it.
