Yeah, I had to get over that. Every time I see the preview with the music in the background I get more excited. Man, that was a good time to be alive.

I remember one time a few years back I had to do a survey in Inglewood. Two things happened: I got a little excited inside because I kept saying "Inglewood always up to no good" and these two nice hispanic guys in a low rider came up to me and asked what I was doing. They then told me it wasn't a good idea to be there after dark.

Not gonna lie, I'm much more of an east coast guy when it comes to early to mid 90s hip hop.

I'm alright with NWA, but everything after that from that part of the country just sounds like dre jizzed all over it. Snoop, Tupac, it's all the same. Give me the grit of what was coming out of New York at the time any day.
