Something is going on there. They will get stomped in the playoffs but they are way too young dumb and hot not to lock up a wild card spot at this point.

It's crazy they're only a game and a half behind Pittsburgh for the no. 1 wild card spot.

And that catch tonight by Rizzo was pretty stellar.

The last three American League no hitters have come from the Seattle Mariners.

He had a few defensive gems this game with the DP to 3rd and the outstretched line drive grab.

That was a great play, he had time but balancing on that tarp was not easy.

The tarp isnt that far off the ground. He had like three full seconds to track the ball once he made the easy jump on top of it.

sticking the landing on the top of the back of a stadium seat while most likely wearing cleats is no easy feat

I love that they went into New York on a five game winning streak and a week later the Yankees are visiting Toronto and the Jays streak is still going.

That's a really, really tough play. Its not like he just stood there. He tracked the ball and the stepped from the tarp to the wall lodge as he made the catch.

You guys were 5.5 back 10 days ago. Unreal. Hope you keep it going.
