I'm watching this right now. Not excited its 90 min long. Even with the DVR, this might be asking too much of me.

This reminded me of a bad Syfy show, which is pretty much every Syfy show.

Not a great start but not terrible either. I'll give it a few more episodes before I make a final judgement but some shit needs to happen. Like someone else said, there's not enough going on to get me interested because we already know its a fucking zombie apocalypse.

About 10 minutes in my wife commented that the junkie kid looked like the offspring of James Franco and Johnny Depp, and now i can't unsee it.

What I didn't quite understand is that in the original Walking Dead series, it seemed that until what, mid third season people that died other ways didn't turn? Or at least no one noticed? Meanwhile, Cal died and was a zombie within about 11 minutes, despite not being bitten.

They all turned, however, they didn't notice until the farm during season 2. Non-zombie deaths became rarer after the fall. There was no non-zombie deaths in Season 1, not including the CDC explosion.

So, I had no desire for this thing and thought it was pointless. Kind of surprised I came in here to say the first episode waas actually pretty great and im the only one!

Then I remembered many people just like zombie action.

I thought it was better than many of the recent walking dead episodes...

I just got around to watching the first episode last night. I really enjoyed it - I liked that it had a different tone than The Walking Dead

I'm going to wait for confirmation from RM that episode two is worth watching before pulling the trigger on it. Anyone?

I'm a pollster now, but I'm still too nervous to start a thread with a poll in it. So I'm going to warm up with informal audits like this one. Thank you for your response.
