Yeah, from the sounds of it, he also doesn't enjoy not being able to get around in public without being hounded, which is understandable. I think in Montana he has a feeling of normalcy that he loses on tour, expectedly.

I actually did meet Jeff at an RNDM show. I would characterize him as polite but very standoffish.

Agreed. I met him at a friend's house. There were only 4 of us there, and he was very quiet and standoffish. Polite for sure though. I get it though, and think him and me have similar personalities, bc I've been told the same forever.

Yeah, but you gotta figure that every town he visits on tour is being swarmed by PJ fans on the night that he's there, so more people than average probably recognize him.
