Re: Captain America: Civil War (2016)
No Hulk.
http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/ ... /?a=124728Speaking with BadTaste. It, Ruffalo revealed that while he was a part of one early draft of the Captain America: Civil War script, he was later removed because Marvel felt the Hulk's current whereabouts were too huge to reveal in this already jam-packed film. Read his full comments (translated from Italian) below:
"Because it's still missing is not known where. I thought that I would be in the film, but in the end evidently believe that reveal what happened Hulk is something too big, and Marvel wants to use this information later. My character had been inserted in the script, but then it was taken away. Who knows, maybe Hulk will never return. However, they want to keep the revelation of what happened a secret, because it is something really big."
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Re: Captain America: Civil War (2016)
In the comics, there was a robot clone of Thor, but that's Earth #616. The MCU happens on Earth #199,999, so who the fuck knows.durdencommatyler wrote:Is Thor also not a part of this story?

Re: Captain America: Civil War (2016)
I don't really have the mental space right now to start getting excited for things that aren't star wars, but once that passes I'm really looking forward to this. Trailer looks good.
I hope they keep this mostly centered around captain america. One of the good things about the model Marvel is building is that you should be able to populate your films with lots of characters without needing exposition or arcs for most of them. You've built them up in other films so they can walk in and do what they need to to do to enhance this particular story without pulling away from it.
