Yep. Even his demeanor. You don't see him immediately dropping his club and pouting after a bad shot, which was so common the last few years. He seems focused again.doug rr wrote:Tiger's starting to remind me of 2000-2001 era again

Re: Doug and Lenny's all things golf
A couple weeks ago I played twice and couldn't have been hitting the ball better off the tee. Just pick a target, swing, and the ball was on line. Missed one fairway in two rounds (and that was just down to stupid club selection). It's fun when you're hitting it like that, and feels like you'll never stop.
Then I played last week and ... from the first shot on the driving range and for pretty much the whole rest of the day, I had no idea where it was going at all. Left, right, pop-ups, hooks, slices, I hit it everywhere. Was also one of the longest rounds I've played since the days of junior and school tournaments. Five hours and 40 minutes. Pretty miserable day.

Slow play is the absolute worst. Especially when you aren't playing well. Hard to get into any type of rhythm.mray10 wrote:A couple weeks ago I played twice and couldn't have been hitting the ball better off the tee. Just pick a target, swing, and the ball was on line.
