We are so pleased that the soundboard from Seattle sounds so amazing! Not only is it a killer performance from Simon but it captures the very special moment when Eddie Vedder joined Simon for two songs during the set.

Simon’s US tour in support of his album DENIAL (released April 1 2014) brought him to Seattle with a few days off. Eddie invited him to stay at his beach cabin to relax, recharge and rejuvenate. A complete spa experience! (http://www.simontownshend.com/2014/04/19/eds-kitchen)

While there they rehearsed and recorded the two songs featured in the download: She Asked Me and I’m The Answer. Studio recordings will be released later in the year.

I actually burned these to CD and put them next to the official releases on my shelf.

I'm going to print two labels for the disc 5-7 collection. Put 5 and 6 in a 2 CD case and 7 in a single case. Did you consider doing separate artwork for CD 7 for a single jewel case? Hard to find a 3CD case anymore.

The Simon Townsend is kinda official but a grey area. Would make a nice addition. So is the Carnegie Hall 2/24/94 leak. Rumor was/is Ed was upset his set was not broadcast, so a roadie set a meeting with a fan (I think I know who it was, but may not be correct) in a NYC coffee shop days after the show and transferred MP3's (very new tech back then) and transferred the files from one bulky laptop to another bulky laptop. Very clandestine. It was all done with Ed's permission so fans could hear his set. Or maybe, he was still pissed at being banned for trashing his dressing room ala Keith Moon.

I agree. Maybe add the Simon tracks and Carnegie Tracks as filler on one of the discs as "Official Leaks". Songs leaked officially but not for sale anywhere. But I'm hesitant to add anything as this is such an awesome collection as it is.

There have been a couple concerts officially leaked, but not many songs. Seattle 98 comes to mind, Missoula 05 and Const Hall 95 (through the website).

Looking at the EV 2012+ stuff and PJ 2010+ tracks, someone needs to poke the sleeping bear with a stick so we get some more bsides and songs. Big dropoff from their creative peak.
