I'm not a purveyor of all things post rock. I know a bit, and I love certain bands and albums..
But these could be the best I've heard in awhile.

Bought 2 tickets for the Caspian show in October. Less than $30.

Nice. Caspian and And So I Watch You From Afar are playing here within 4 days of each other. Going to try and hit both.

yeah eastern Europe's post-apocalyptic setting seems to really bring out the best post-rock. Or at least the most of it.Yeddie Yedder wrote:Poland is fanatic about their post-rock. Produced some goods bands too

Another new Caspian track. This one's a little more "balls out" than the previous tracks we've heard from "Dust and Disquiet".

Yes. Any fan of post-rock (big or small) will enjoy Mono live. They put on great shows.zeb wrote:Mono are playing here in December. Do you think that I'll like them?

One of the guys from the band has an amp repair shop here in LA. I asked him about the next release. Didn't get much info. Basically said, don't hold your breath. hahaKaius wrote:I could really go for a new Red Sparowes record.

I'm really enjoying this album, but unfortunately refuse to pay $43 for a vinyl record (including shipping) of a band I'd never heard ofFreewheelin wrote:I'm not a purveyor of all things post rock. I know a bit, and I love certain bands and albums..

Finally listened to Caspian's "Dust And Disquiet" this morning. It's pretty good, but I could really do without “Run Dry”.
