Does that have something to do with Star Wars?

Yeah. I can't figure out how to get her back to the room I found her in. The walkthroughs keep mentioning a spiked platform that hovers, but I'm not finding it.CopperTom wrote:Is this where you need to carry Princess Rutu?LoathedVermin72 wrote:You guys, I am stuck inside Jabu-Jabu.

If there is, I haven't found it. Maybe I should just watch a YouTube walkthrough or something.CopperTom wrote:Is there a geyser that pops her up?LoathedVermin72 wrote:Yeah. Every time I play MSG V I feel like I fall into a black hole where time has no meaning. I always end up playing it twice as long as I intend to. A sign of a great game.

I'm in the same boat. Extracting soldiers/prisoners is almost too easy with Quiet. I look forward to the heavy artillery side ops so I actually use some stealth when I CQC themMonkey_Driven wrote:I think I've played about 20 hours or so and I've only done about 17 story missions.bond wrote:Ditto. I'm about where you guys are, except I haven't unlocked Quiet as a buddy yet, still in the brig. I've finished 13 main missions and shit ton of side ops. I'm still fultoning EVERYONE.Mecca wrote:I saw something about forward operating bases and decided this game is basically like a freemium game in addictivenessMonkey_Driven wrote:I'm not a fan of Quiet taking out guys all the time when I get close to them. Yeah, that's what I've been doing from now on (meaning starting today). I have like 20 E level guys in my waiting room. I have my fulton all the way upgraded now though, so I can get those giant containers.Mecca wrote:I'm to the point of no room on MB, so I only bother fultoning people with A with a skill or A+ or >.bond wrote:I'm about where you guys are, except I haven't unlocked Quiet as a buddy yet, still in the brig. Re: The all inclusive video game thread
Looking for some basic answers re: PS4. I haven't owned a system since the original PS1, and I gather much has changed since 2001. Looking to purchase a PS4 around the holidays, hoping you guys can help me out:
Is 500gb enough for 3-5 games? I'm mostly excited for Star Wars: Battlefront, The Division, Uncharted 4, Metal Gear, and that Rocket League game looks fun too. If 500gb is too small, is it easy to upgrade to a larger drive?
What sort of connection speed do I need to play online? I believe we're at 6mb/s. Does it matter if I'm connected directly to the modem, or is WiFi ok? If I need to be connected via hardline, is there any way to cast from the PS4 to my TV wirelessly?
I'm not sure how game servers work these days, but I'd like to play with some friends in MA. Will that be easy to do from MT?
How quickly do the controller batteries lose their charge?
Are those standing fan units really helpful with heat and noise, or are they a waste of money?
Is the stock headset ok, or should I invest in something else?

Re: The all inclusive video game thread
Others may be better-suited to answer some of these, but I'll just tell you what I can:
500gb is plenty. I wouldn't worry about that. Although it depends how you are buying the games, I suppose - you will save space if you buy discs instead of downloading.
You can connect via WiFi; no need for a wire. Not sure about the speed.
Doesn't matter how far away your friends are. People play when they are in different countries.
Controller battery lasts probably 6-8 hours I would guess, but it includes a charging cord and you can keep playing while it's charging. Cord is a little short, though.
I wouldn't worry about heat/noise. PS4 is a relatively quiet system, and as long as you don't have it enclosed, it will ventilate itself.
