Thinking about starting Ronnie Hillman tonight over Dion Lewis. Good idea?

At least Cutler has the home game, right?... But he's INT prone. And Manning has owned the Chiefs for a decade. I still think, at home at Arrowhead, on a big stage, this KC team is fired up.... I think the Broncos focus on the run and I think they rely on their defense to cause turnovers and score points. Cutler might be the better fantasy option with Manning on a short week, on the road, in hostile territory.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Denver has had their way with KC in the past. And CJ is banged up, though it looks like he'll start. Lewis is about the only option they have right now with Blount out. I might go Lewis, though since I expect CJ to have a field day.TBAMTS wrote:Thinking about starting Ronnie Hillman tonight over Dion Lewis. Good idea?

Cutler.Kaius wrote:My decision is tougher: Manning or Cutler?
Most people will say Manning. But if you actually look at the Cards' numbers since Arians has been there, you'll see they tend to surrender a lot of passing yards. The Cards have good corners and a good secondary, but they also blitz a lot and leave receivers one on one. Most QBs get a few big plays against them every game.

If it makes you feel better, in one of my leagues I started both Alex fucking Smith and Travis Kelce. For a grand COMBINED total of 14 points. COMBINED. Fuck.Kaius wrote:E.H. Ruddock wrote:And we shouldn't have, apparentlyE.H. Ruddock wrote:We did it togetherKaius wrote:I just benched Manning.

On a better note, I picked up and started the Denver D last night at the last minute. 19 point defense is a good week in the league I'm in.durdencommatyler wrote:If it makes you feel better, in one of my leagues I started both Alex fucking Smith and Travis Kelce. That's terrific in any league, Rudds. Good work.E.H. I have Kelce in both leagues. He's a must-start. Don't beat yourself up. Well, you did start Alex fucking Smith; you deserve a little bit of self-inflicted punishment.durdencommatyler wrote:If it makes you feel better, in one of my leagues I started both Alex fucking Smith and Travis Kelce. Obviously this wasn't the league with all the weird Chiefs rules?durdencommatyler wrote:If it makes you feel better, in one of my leagues I started both Alex fucking Smith and Travis Kelce. My other QB is Bradford. He's already banged up and for a guy made of glass, I didn't want to risk it. I thought Smith would get at least 10. And I'm not sure Bradford will play the whole game. And Alex played early. I had to pull the trigger and take a chance.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Correct. This is my other league. It's the league I care a little less about because there is no money or trophy on the line. It's just bragging rights with a bunch of old friends from K State. It's super fun, but I tend to take more chances in that league because there's less riding on it.E.H. Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
So, I've got Tannehill starting right now against Jacksonville this week. Should put up big numbers against them. BUT Carson Palmer is available. Should I pick up Palmer and start him against the Bears instead?
Tannehill or Palmer?
Tannehill or Palmer?
