Invisible blocks that held P switches don't have a precedent for being obvious. They were never a thing, invisible blocks that had vines were. Invisible blocks piss me off. I hope they add a gentle shimmer or something.
Yeah, those ones were pretty obvious.

It's placed up against the wall! That's a typical invisible block spot. Also, if you get the leaf in the first pipe you'll hit the invisible block accidentally when you jump up to smash the blocks with your tail.CopperTom wrote:Invisible blocks that held P switches don't have a precedent for being obvious. In what tiers of the creation tools are the invisible block and vine?

I never, not once, obtained said leaf, so as big Mario I was throwing Beatles. I only found it via poor throw.cutuphalfdead wrote:It's placed up against the wall! Get the leaf you pussy. All you've got to do is jump on the bullet.CopperTom wrote:I never, not once, obtained said leaf, so as big Mario I was throwing Beatles. Excellent, they should be unlocked this evening. Does anyone else use a different controller besides the gamepad to play levels? I use the pro controller and I find it a bit easier to manage.cutuphalfdead wrote:

I don't have any problem using the gamepad to play levels.

There is something about my hands being so far apart. Maybe I just need to use it more (I usually use the Pro controller with other games on the system).cutuphalfdead wrote:I don't have any problem using the gamepad to play levels.

Re: Super Mario Maker
I occasionally lose connection with the gamepad, so i typically just use a standard controller when actually playing the levels. I wouldn't mind the gamepad if it didn't seem to lose connection so easily. Then again, I've been playing with the gamepad while watching sports on my TV screen quite a bit too.Monkey_Driven wrote:There is something about my hands being so far apart. I had that problem for the first time yesterday. I sit 6 feet away.PHATJ wrote:I occasionally lose connection with the gamepad, so i typically just use a standard controller when actually playing the levels. Re: Super Mario Maker
I'm like 8-10 feet away and it happens pretty often. There isn't anything blocking a clear view to the system either. It's pretty retarded.CopperTom wrote:I had that problem for the first time yesterday. Yeah, the game is fucking great. I googled my connection problem though and it seems to be a fairly common issue.cutuphalfdead wrote:these complaints are pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. this game is awesomeLoathedVermin72 wrote:This game sounds like a tease.

Re: Super Mario Maker
When did you buy your Wii U? I got mine in 2014 with the release of Mario Kart 8. Maybe it was a problem they addressed by then.PHATJ wrote:Yeah, the game is fucking great. I got mine when they were basically brand new (whenever that was), so that could be.cutuphalfdead wrote:When did you buy your Wii U? I got mine in 2014 with the release of Mario Kart 8.
