I don't think Duchovny needed money, part of the difficulty in getting it shot was due to scheduling conflicts with both leads. Between a strong run on Californication, the Aquarius pay day, his book, album and tour I'd say he's doing alright.E.H. I'm well aware of the possibility this will suck, but it's still fucking awesome to look forward to, regardless. And though it may be an obvious choice, going all in on the mythology with the national security/government surveillance angle is a great move.
