I mean, I don't follow college football besides my alma mater, but as a Bills fan I'm always interested in the QB class. Connor(?) Cook at Michigan State was the only QB I've seen play last season that left an impression on me. Just strange to me that I haven't heard much about the possible 1st rounders in 2016.darth_vedder wrote:Not that I can think of. This may sound stupid, but I think Robert Griffin should go to Buffalo. I think he and Washington just need to break up at this point.Mecca wrote:I mean, I don't follow college football besides my alma mater, but as a Bills fan I'm always interested in the QB class. Tyrod Taylor is doing alright through 3 games. I doubt they're getting a QB any time soon. If anything a mid round rookie to developdarth_vedder wrote:This may sound stupid, but I think Robert Griffin should go to Buffalo. The correct answer is Houston.darth_vedder wrote:This may sound stupid, but I think Robert Griffin should go to Buffalo. I think he and Washington just need to break up at this point.

The sad thing is, with the amount of teams that need a new QB next season, RG III will be highly sought after.

I shouldn't be, but I surprised no one (to the public knowledge) has made a play for Chase Daniel. There are so many hurt QBs and that kid has looked phenomenal in his two pro starts and in every pre-season he's participated in. Maybe it's his price tag?

For a trade? $3.75M isn't much at all for a backup. Maybe the Chiefs think he's too good to let go? How's Aaron Murray progressing? I liked him coming out of Georgia.durdencommatyler wrote:I shouldn't be, but I surprised no one (to the public knowledge) has made a play for Chase Daniel. Murray looked lights out this preseason and all reports from camp seem to be that he's progressing like a boss. Expectations are pretty high in house.Green Habit wrote:For a trade? $3.75M isn't much at all for a backup. Maybe the Chiefs think he's too good to let go? How's Aaron Murray progressing? And they obviously love the shit out of Tyler Bray. They keep extending him even though he's done nothing but be hurt and not play.

Oh, and that 3rd and 5 decision by the Steelers drove me nuts. Run the ball, make it 4th and short and then go for it instead of kick it into the wind with a middling kicker that you burned a 6th round pick on.

Thank god we don't have to hear about Antonio Brown's 5-catch/50-yard thing ever again.

We're pretty stoked about that trade. The Hooman was great and all but we're stacked at TE.Orpheus wrote:Man, WTF are the Saints doing? Just traded a young DT to the Patriots for a backup TE. I read somewhere that the Saints were worried about TE depth and that because the Saints and Pats hold those combined practices in the preseason both teams were able to get a good look at the players involved in the trade.
