All of the episodes of Black Mirror rank from good to great. Not sure if the "White Christmas" 90 minute episode is on Netflix or not, but that's definitely one of the best.
The first season of House of Cards was really entertaining. Definitely worth watching.
And, I didn't see Mad Men on your list, DV.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Yeah, that's the one. It's way more on the moody side. I wouldn't necessarily compare it to True Detective but it's definitely more on that end of the spectrum.tragabigzanda wrote:Is that the one where Scully pursues a serial killer? What's the vibe? I highly recommend it. After only two episodes I'm all in. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it isn't quite what I expected.tragabigzanda wrote:Cool, that's what I was hoping. And I mean that in a very good way. I'd also highly recommend Broadchurch (season one) and Top of the Lake if you haven't seen either of those yet. This sits in comfortable company with those shows.

This season of The League has been really weak. Kind of glad it's ending at this point.

I love the first few seasons, and every appearance from Rafi - even in otherwise poor episodes - is hilarious.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:i almost always find every episode of this show underwhelming, but i keep watching anyway...at least the ones on netflix streamingLoathedVermin72 wrote:This season of The League has been really weak. Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
it gets worse and worse, but just when i'm about to quit, something funny will happen and I'll keep watching. But I end up regretting it.LoathedVermin72 wrote:I love the first few seasons, and every appearance from Rafi - even in otherwise poor episodes - is hilarious.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:i almost always find every episode of this show underwhelming, but i keep watching anyway...at least the ones on netflix streamingLoathedVermin72 wrote:This season of The League has been really weak. The "Ménage a Cinq" episode from last season was one of their best despite that season being mediocre.

Yeah, Taco seems like he should be funny but he is not. At all. I basically just watch for Andre and Rafi.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:i absolutely hate taco...he almost ruins every episode for me
