No they're all loose, out of the package. They're my original toys I played with when I was a kid. I went out and replaced some later on, but we ain't talking no 40 Year Old Virgin shit or anything!Monkey_Driven wrote:Are they boxed or unboxed?southp wrote:I only know this useless information because they made a toy of Romba. Ok, I totally turned a joke post into a serious nerd fest. Sorry, my bad.

A. Wasn't the rumor about Vader for that movie that takes place during the original trilogy? Rogue? It wouldn't exactly be shoehorning the guy in, if that's the case.
B. If Vader is in a movie, who gives a shit who plays him? He's in a Halloween costume and has his voice dubbed. Why would you pay for a real actor?
C. Hayden Christensen was good in Life as a House, and *everybody* sucked in the prequels. Hell, Sam Jackson came across as wooden (!) and Liam Neeson like a smug professor with a hangover....and neither of them had to read George Lucas's love letters out loud.

Was that Tebo? I remember a Chief Chirpa. Wasn't there a Logray too? Of course Wicket was the one that found Leia.B wrote:But do you know the name of the dead one?

Yikes, fellas. I scan this thread and feel like I got spoiled. Might be time for me to bail permanently. See ya in late December.

There have been times when I avoided spoilers. There have been times when I read/watched all available spoilers.
I'm consistently happier when I choose the latter.

Don't worry, I'm sure that Kylo has seen that movie and knows not to do that.LoathedVermin72 wrote:The thing that bothers me most about it is not even cutting off the user's hands. Think about how many times we've seen saber duels get up close and personal, like when Obi-Wan is fighting Darth Maul at the end of Episode I - the sabers get pushed right up against the fighters' chests. If you had Ren's saber in the situation, there's a good chance you would impale yourself.

Off topic, but if I were a director / producer for TV/Movies, I think one of my favorite things to do would be to through in references / tributes / nods to things that influenced me. Something like this is what I'm thinking. Little subtle hints at things I grew up liking and currently like.

Let's not forget Abrams used Beastie boys' Sabotage in Star Trek. And it even had the F word included

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015)
My kid (O) and his friend (K) discuss The Force Awakens.
K: How do you think all of the stormtroopers came back?
O: Well, y'know, they only killed like 10% of the Sith. They only killed those two guys, but there are like millions of other Sith.
K: And they were just smart enough to hide and keep hiding?
O: Yeah. And did they kill all of the stormtroopers? No. Did they kill all of the imperial officers? No. Did they destroy all the ships?
K: Yeah.
O: Do you think? Yeah, I guess they did.
So, expect a shipless Empire with stormtroopers, imperial offices, and millions of Sith.
