Possible trap game looking ahead to Indy? If it were any team besides the Pats, I'd be more worried.

I think Hardy's comments and Jerry Jones comments suggesting that Brady/pats back down on challenging air pressure investigation mean the pats will be in run-up-score, hurry up offense mode today.

That would be unusual if that wasn't what they do in literally every game.

It's the highest it's been since the 2007 F-U Tour.

I do have to say that I'm happy for Dion Lewis. I really liked him coming out of Pitt and succeeding LeSean McCoy, and he got a bit screwed by coming out early. Pretty interesting how quickly he earned the trust of Belichick.

I think it's interesting that Brady could miss 7 passes all day, score 3 TDs (one rushing), his team wins by 24 points, and it's considered a bad game.

We're on to Indy. It's so good to have Brady back from suspension this week.

Here's your one reminder: the record for points by one team since the merger is 62 (73 prior).

I was actually wondering about this, too. I'm enjoying the 2015 edition of the F-U Tour. I'd like to see the offense break that record of 62 pts scored, but that likely means the D would give up a good chunk of points.

The defense has been sneaky-dependable so far, which is a success, I think, since most people were expecting them to regress with the losses in the secondary. They're 16th in DVOA, and have only given up a double-digit quarter twice this year (2/16). But, yeah, in order to put up points like that, they'd need to 3-and-out Indy over and over again or give up a few quick scores. It's fun to imagine, but I doubt it'll happen.

But you're forgetting that the D can score points too.

Only 2 defensive TDs last year, only 3 the year before; I don't see it happening. Maybe a special teams TD, but it's be more realistic to just hope for good field position.

They called up Cameron Fleming from the practice squad. Problem solved. Nothing to see here.

I'm more interested/worried about how the secondary handles the Colts O. Wayne had a pretty good game last year, so Moncrief or Johnson (or both) could have huge days.

They're never going to stop trolling with this, are they? I'm sure the next time they play the Colts there will be plenty of fake punt refs as well.
