Because it was mean to chud and he helped me out of a tight spot today, so I owe him one. Plus, my David Carradine joke above is hilarious.

I know...and then they have to hear that the next batter "roped" one to center field
Don't get me started on hanging curveballs.

there is a "rule" that when a ball, hits the "ground" and goes over the fence, it is a "double"
a, ground-rule, double :haha:

Im pulling for the Dodgers, HATE that they spend all that money trying to buy the best team, but, LOVE watching Kershaw and Greinke pitch.

Fun/hilarious fact: the Jays have the shortest World Series drought of any team left.

I always find it hard to believe how horrible he was for them, given how remarkable his career was.

But didn't he steal four bases in one game of the ALCS that year?

That doesn't sound familiar at all. But I was nine then, so it probably happened.

Just looked at that team, Henderson had 35 hits, 22 stolen bases, .215 average in 44 games

just think if it was Rickey being Rickey, hitting in front of Alomar, Molitor and Olerud who couldnt make an out that year
