I got Cubs and Royals in the WS with the Cubs winning it all at this point. Can't wait to go back and dig up that post I made about the Chitown douchemonsters that will come out of the woodwork for the cubs victory parade. I hate how every series gets a champagne celebration. If you're a wild card team that wins the WS you'll end up with 5 celebrations...make the playoffs, champagne. Win the Wild Card game, champagne. Win the DS, champagne...for fuck sakes! Back in the day you celebrated when you made the playoffs and when you won the World Series.

Idiots in TO were celebrating like it was a championship (not that the city of Toronto would recognize a championship even if it came up and slapped them in the face). If the Jays go on to lose in 4 vs KC then the entire thing is nothing more than a slightly memorable game in history. It's no fucking Kirk Gibson here!

He's right about two things. Baseball celebrates way too fucking much. And if you guys lose to KC this doesn't mean shit.
