MLB.TV allows you people in the US to watch the games provided you "authenticate through a supported Pay TV provider". For these purposes, it considers Canada part of the US, but it only allows you to authenticate with American TV providers. That seems like a poorly thought-out strategy.

Comcast is also not one of the broadcasting partners which is absurd considering they're the biggest cable provider in the states.
