Spaghetti Squash, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, peppers and chicken. Going to saute the veggies (minus the squash in an italian dressing) and put them over the spaghetti squash and chicken. I've been making headway with healthy eating the past 3 weeks. I feel mostly great!

Dover Sole... no real plans or sides yet, being 6 o' clock I should probably get on that.

Didn't want to start a whole thread for this. But I'm gonna be grilling some steaks this weekend for friends, and one of them has some food sensitivity parameters I'm trying to work within...

Does anyone have a good steak marinade that does not involve any type of worcestershire or soy sauces, or any sugar?

Probably gonna be cooking 6-8 ounce filets

You could just do a dry rub, something like a Montreal seasoning?

Get a fairly expensive bottle of red wine vinegar, or balsamic
