how bout the fact that a lot of people who are using MLB.tv is because they decided to say "fuck you cable" and get rid of it, and just watch games online. so we dont have a cable tv provider to authenticate through.

I would pay more for MLB.tv without black out restrictions.

We're lucky because Rogers doesn't enforce the blackout surfing the regular season. The problem is during the playoffs, where I would happily use a friend's info to authenticate, we don't even have that option.

Mattingly finally out as manager of the Dodgers. He's always looked like he was in way over his head the whole time he's had the job. I'm surprised this day didn't come last year or earlier. Yes, that is a really great, expensive roster. Of course, they'll win games and make the playoffs. But, there are a lot of big personalities and the front office didn't do anybody any favors by having more players on the roster than they could give an appropriate amount of playing time to. Whoever takes the job is going to have a hard time, but Mattingly never got a handle on things.

I don't really think this will change with a new manager, but it always seemed like Mattingly never had the respect of that team.
