I didn't know you were a Yankees fan Lenny.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:except my team has like 27 national championshipsdarth_vedder wrote:we aren't so different you and ilennytheweedwhacker wrote:pretty much the same with me for alabama...i'll occasionally watch the majority of other games, but usually it's just bits and pieces or i'll be playing on the internet while they're ondarth_vedder wrote:I have ESPN Goal Line, which is basically the same as the NFL Redzone, but I think it only shows you the games on the ESPN / ABC channels.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:i don't really watch random games between teams i don't really care about in college, but i do for the nfl
With that, I tend to see more than I normally would. Still, I pretty much don't watch games in their entirety other than Clemson.

Yeah, it was just over after that first Miami drive when the Tigers intercepted as Miami was approaching striking distance. Clemson marched 80 yards or so down the field and made it 14-0. From there is just escalated and got ugly fast. Before you knew it, it was halftime and Clemson was rocking a 42-0 lead.Green Habit wrote:darth must have loved this week. NC State is next, it's always a hostile environment there, but I see no reason the Tigers don't win. Maybe it's an ugly game, tons of turnovers, etc..., but I don't see it happening. The real star of the Clemson team right now it the Defense. They are playing nasty, and forcing a lot of short drives and/or turnovers.
Between the Clemson run game and the D, I'm loving it. It's old school football, but with twist of read-options and the spread. Against Miami, the Tigers had 416 rushing yards, and just 151 passing yards. Granted in a game like that, when running is working so well, why bother passing? On the flip-side, Clemson held Miami to just 151 yards. When the D can do that, and the running game is firing on all cylinders, Clemson is going to win a lot more than they are going to lose. I just hope they keep on truckin'.

That Jerry Kill presser was brutal. I feel for him, my best friend has epilepsy and it's a struggle.

Mizzou's linebacker Kentrell Brothers leads the country in tackles and isn't on the Top Ten watch list for the Buckus Award. College postseason award watch lists are a joke.

LOL. Mike Leach saying another team should be investigated is the most hilarious thing I've ever heard. He should really be worried about his own team. Between his time at Wazzu and Texas Tech, he's had more than 50 players arrested.

In no other sport does "if ya ain't cheatin', you ain't tryin'" apply more than in college football.turned2black wrote:LOL.
