Re: TOOL
interesting. good cover.
nobody can compete with Maynard, or Danny Carrey,....
but it was a little too upbeat for the message of the song, needed more angst.

Judging by that article, this might be an optimistic assessment.zeb wrote:I predict that this band only has one more record in them.

Re: TOOL
I don't know - that article isn't really saying anything new. He's pushing Puscifer's new album and he's said before that once he invests in a project - that gets his full attention, so he's probably just being his usual pissy self about constantly being asked about ToolLoathedVermin72 wrote:Judging by that article, this might be an optimistic assessment.zeb wrote:I predict that this band only has one more record in them.

I like the song "Potions" by Puscifer, but I've never had the urge to listen to any more.

Puscifer's done some great stuff - Conditions of my Parole is a great album, and I could listen to The Humbling River on repeat all dayBurtReynolds wrote:Puscifer sucks though.

Re: TOOL
I would actually really like to hear a Maynard-less Tool album. His ridiculous lyrics and limited, repetititve vocal melodies are most of what ruins Tool for me. Instrumentally they're a great band.
