OK I'll say it. The first two episodes of Season 2 were pretty good.

I wouldn't go so far as to recommend it. It's very up and down. A lot of it will depend on how married you are to various character interpretations. It doesn't bother me if someone doesn't act like they did in my personal favorite graphic novel but some people lose their minds.

I don't know, man. I bailed on it about 9/10 episodes into S1. There are some things I really like about it and I want it to be better. But it's just such a huge miss. Such a wasted opportunity. There's really no reason why I couldn't be the most exciting show on tv.

It is kinda funny that Joey quit the show the episode before it started getting a little better. :D

Im not attached to any comics. I love the idea of gotham and all these amazing personalities and its no secret i love everything abut the Nolan interpretation. I also like origin stories (if dont well)

Plenty of shows take a while to get going. Still there is so much good TV to choose from I wouldn't tell anyone to go out of their way for Gotham. If you want to watch it go for it. If not it's not the end of the world if you pass on it.

And now that it's on Netflix, I'm finding it increasingly difficult not to jump back in and finish S1.

What's the alternative? What would you watch if we told you to skip Gotham?

Before you answer ... Flash, Arrow (Season 3), iZombie, and AHS: Freak Show are all coming to Netflix next week.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I like this direction.

I wanted to like this show but it's just so bad. I gave it a lot of chances..

I just can't get past the acting. Especially Gordon. The guy always sounds like he's constantly holding in diarrhea.

Started watching. About 5 episodes in and I'm enjoying even though it's a bit ridiculous. I think there is a certain style going on that I'm not totally sold on yet. What keeps me entertained is knowing of all the players involved. I do like the guy playing Gordon which may be the only one keeping me around

I don't know

I'm fine with it being Gordon's story. It'll be a better show if it never tells the story of Batman.
