This guy has put together a pretty plausible-sounding plot based on leaks, concept art, trailers, and speculation: http://spoilerboard.blogspot.com/2015/1 ... rings.html

As I said, it sounds totally plausible, but it's almost certainly not entirely right. I also hope that a few of the details, especially in Act III, veer in a different direction.
