Someone jumped the gun on the Pit setlist relay. Basically confirms that a user (Greek Dimi?) is given the list ahead of the show.
Swallowed Whole and Indifference were cut too.

I've assumed that he received the set in advance, but he usually knows the scratches and updates too.

Sometimes. They didn't do it in Aust/NZ in 2014.
