So, reason for a bigger tour, not just a small non-album tour.

I read those. Are these posters typically correct in their guesses?

I've no idea. I hadn't been there in almost a year, until rumours of a tour dates started up.

To be honest, PJ has been back-burner with my listening habits of late. But, I'd love a new album, and that would reignite some interest in them again.

I hope your hunch proves well-founded, I'd be very happy for an album of offcasts from the last few records.

It would fit in with the surprisingly extensive touring plans rumoured for next year too, would seem like too many shows for a quick tour without anything to promote.

There are reports of the band all being in Atlanta, presumably at Southern Tracks (BOB's frequent studio).

My hunch is that we are about to get Lost Dogs 2. This is based on the above, plus:

-The current SA tour happening so long after LB

-The Avocado leaks. As I posited in the original Avocado leaks thread, those tracks must have been making their way through a recording studio at the time of a leak, for them to arrive that much later after their original recording/mixing.

-The fact that the band hasn't been spending enough time together to be working up a proper album of new recordings.

Southern Tracks closed in June.

But perhaps some mastertapes were still stored somewhere in Atlanta..
They did some recording for No Code and Yield there. So perhaps another reissue..

I'm down with another Lost Dogs collection. Especially if the can give us better quality versions that haven't been tinkered with so much.

Of course, I'm down with a new album, too.
