I pointed this out on twitter and took a little shit for it.. but during events like this, it seems like the Fox News Coverage tends to be the most focused on known facts, and statements. A lot less speculation than CNN and to a lesser extent, MSNBC.

I hopped around a bit at first and I also found that Shepard Smith was doing the best job on TV. That said, I've also been reading plenty online, as well.

I'm not sure that I view being "anti-muslim" as being a "conservative" or "liberal" view. It seems that liberals should be appalled by a religion that holds women and basic human rights in such low regard.

Not to be morbid or to make it sound like I'm trying out for a position as an ISIS strategist, but: since the 2008 Mumbai attacks, I've always wondered why there aren't more attacks like this. Kidnapping and murdering journalists gets people angry, but if you're really trying to instill fear and terror in the west, isolated incidents like this would seem to be more effective.

We've already been over all this shit previously in this thread. I hold Muslims to the same standards I hold Christians and Jews. I'll never understand why some of my "liberal" friends are more than happy to rant on and on about Christians and gay rights (among other things) but shudder at the thought of calling out Muslims for their beliefs.
