I need to get a cheap reliable webcam. Any recommendations. I know precisely nothing about this technology. It needs to work for a pc.

Not exactly sure what you mean by "cheap", but we have this Logitech in our meeting rooms at work and it's crystal clear. $67 is a freaking steal if you ask me.
