Just surfaced a few days ago. The taper (bless his heart) actually apologized for it taking so long! Hey he got it out before the band did. Anyway, it's a good recording. Better than the one that's made the rounds in my opinion. Get it here, in FLAC:

I have to admit I didn't read your source notes very carefully. I just saw some of the commentators saying not to feel bad about taking 20 months to get this out... so I assumed you might have said something like that. Anyway, I added your source info.
