Album is called "Hesitation Marks", will be out September 3rd. Friggin major labels and their 3 month marketing buildup.

Looks like he signed up with Columbia.

Hesitation Marks is the upcoming eighth studio album by American industrial rock act Nine Inch Nails, to be released on September 3, 2013.[1][2][3][4] It will be their first album since 2008's The Slip, and first release on Columbia Records, making this their first album released on a major label since 2007's Year Zero.
