Strat, you are being dumb. Almost as dumb as Lucas's comment.

The edits in Michael bays films are only slightly faster than in JJ's.
Big fear I have for this film is that bad bullet fast editing where you can't actually take in a shot, it's cut to the next one all to quickly.

I do really hate when Bay does that whiplash editing.

Renders the whole thing pointless and diminishes the efforts of the effects crews who took maybe two years to build it all in models and up to digital and worst of all the viewer is robbed of the experience of getting even a slightly worthwhile shot of those effects in such hyperactive cuts.LoathedVermin72 wrote:I do really hate when Bay does that whiplash editing.
It's a massive waste of money.
Say what you will about peter Jackson but He knows when to let the camera linger on a big shot that took a lot of effort from a ton of different departments.

According to reports Steven Spielberg has already seen the film three times!

What would a Star Wars film directed by Spielberg look like? Would it work?

A Spielberg Star Wars film could never direct. Could maybe make it as an AD, tho.

Spielberg really shouldn't embarrass himself like that.

Didn't Spielberg say The Phantom Menace was the best movie he'd ever seen before it came out?

Have any of us ever looked at PM from purely a directors point of view?

I guess, technically, the mass of the star would still be there, exerting gravity, but not in a good way.stip wrote:It's a long time ago. If it's a Starkiller planet that kills a sun and thus the planets around the sun, how do they move it around?
Or does it just strike from that fixed position? Across the galaxy? Or vast spaces to the sun the want to hit? If so it only can hit a supremely thin wedge along its equatorial orbit.
Deadly weapon fail
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

This is a pretty irresponsible article, considering they incorrectly translated "biggest" as "greatest". Clearly the biggest movie of all time does not mean the greatest.dimejinky99 wrote:According to reports Steven Spielberg has already seen the film three times!
