I agree I'm just tired of him being such a wimp. He's always on the verge of tears.

I'm fine with it being Gordon's story. It'll be a better show if it never tells the story of Batman.
The fact that Bruce Wayne is even a character in this is one of the things I really dislike about it.

I just think the thing is way more compelling without that baggage. I think the last episode of the series should've been the introduction of Bruce Wayne.

Im only like 9 episodes into the first season. I agree that it doesn't really seem necessary.

Way before this show was announced I was working through my own treatment/idea for this same concept. So, I'm a little to close to it. I had my idea of what it should be and this thing isn't like my idea. It's hard for me not to be hyper critical because I liked my ideas way more. So far.

But mine wouldn't have been called Gotham. And James Gordon wouldn't have even gotten to Gotham until the end of the first season.

He's becoming more and more central now that the Court of Owls is coming in with a grudge for the Wayne family. I enjoy the show, but Bruce is just a whiny teenager.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Last ep was crazy violent, nygma and penguin together are so awesome..

Pumped for freeze next half, I didn't realize he had his whole getup that far back

The monks were the Order Of Dumas. Azrael was one of them if that name means anything to you. Different from the Owls. Though Bruce saying he liked Owls was a cool Easter Egg for either the Court Of Owls or could be a nod to Owlman. I think Grundy is a good bet. It looked like Fish Mooney was in one of the tanks. I'd rather she not come back though. Freeze looked cool errrr neat. Still not sure how I feel about Gordon killing people. He's often portrayed as a man with a lot of regrets but it's a little weird.

Which one was azrael?? Wasn't he the guy who came in when bats broke his back??

I figured silver would help him in the end, wasnt she a bat ally in the comics??

Yeah he was the guy that took over for Bats after his back was broken. Silver and Bruce went out in the comics. To be honest I barely remember her so maybe there was more to her but I think she was mostly just an example of a Bruce relationship doomed to fail.

Great ep. Lovin' how dark this whole season has been. Also didn't think Gordon would pull the trigger. The umbrella was a nice touch.

Also looking forward to commenting how hot Silver is 2 years from now.

An Alfred spinoff prequel. Uggh. It looks as if DC has run out of ideas.

Shocking.

It's because they did this all wrong. They breezed through everything. Jim Gordon shouldn't even made it to Gotham City until the finale of season one.

The way Butch killed Azreal was awesome. 2 episodes to go.
