the fey/poehler years may have been just as good...but fallon being with fey drops her down a bit for me

Fey will probably always bee my favorite after Chevy. And I liked Poehler more also. Her highs were higher but Seth was probably more consistent and way better than Fallon.

Kate is the best cast member right now. Although this past week with Ryan Gosling was a solid episode overall.
